Charles Rosier and His Chosen Career
In 1999, Goldman Sachs (GMS) offered charles rosier a new job opportunity. He accepted the offer and gladly joined as their Managing Director. He managed UBS Warburg’s French-speaking markets of France, Belgium, as well as Quebec. He has been an excellent investment banker for 15 years. Charles Rosier finally became a member of BTG Pactual in August 2010. He became partners with an investment bank in Latin America: BTG Pactual.
Charles Rosier has a big love for both music and culture. This shows in the way he supports movies and singers. He has always had a great love for music and singing. Furthermore, he loves to watch movies, which made him fall in love with French culture. In 2006, Charles Rosier supported a film created by a well-known Italian screenwriter and director, which went on to win a Silver Lion award at the Venice film festival.
He is also one of the investors of Mapreg, a laboratory in Paris that examines depression, strokes and other serious conditions. Charles Rosier was the project’s major investor. A drug treatment for strokes that can cause spinal cord injury was being tested. Professor Etienne Baulieu led Mapreg, a pharmacological firm that was supported by Mr Rosier when he began his healthcare projects. Because of the investment made by him, the company was able to conduct studies and give a percentage of their profit to Charles Rosier.
Charles Rosier’s Story
Charles Rosier attended the Fenelon Sainte-Marie where he received his scientific degree in 1991. His interests include extreme sports, environmental activities, culture and studies. He was given his first employment in 1996 at Lehman Brothers and became a member of UBS Warburg Investment Bank prior to going to Goldman Sachs Bank where he was assigned to the finance department. In a private school known as Integrale, Charles Rosier spent two years in class to prepare for ESCP Europe.
